Evening Cleaner

Dunstan Hospital

Permanent Part Time – 30 hours per fortnight 4-9pm

 

Dunstan Hospital in Clyde is looking for a hardworking evening cleaner to join our well established and high performing cleaning team.

 

Penal rates apply on weekends (time and a half) and public holidays (double time). Cover for planned and unplanned leave is part of this role including some weekend cover.  Start and finish times are able to be negotiated to fit the right candidate.  The majority of this role is cleaning in our non-clinical areas.

 

Key Qualities:

• Have excellent time management skills whilst being able to work well in a team as well as unsupervised.

• Be quick to pick up new tasks.

• Be confident in your communication as you will be working alongside all hospital staff and patients.

• Have an eye for detail.

• Abide by our confidentiality policies and procedures. 

• A good level of fitness is required for this role.

 

A uniform will be supplied.

 

Training will be provided to comply with our Infection and Prevention Control and Health and Safety practices.

 

The hourly rate range for this role is $25.19 - $28.58 per hour depending on experience.
