Social Work and NASC Clinical Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Allied Health team at Dunstan Hospital for a Social Work and Needs Assessment Service Co-ordination (NASC) Clinical Leader, up to 1.0 FTE permanent position.

​

Dunstan Hospital is a rural trust hospital based in Clyde, Central Otago. We provide services for a large geographical area that is 2.5 hours from our base hospital in Dunedin and are faced with the unique challenges that rural healthcare provides.

​

We are offering an opportunity for a New Zealand Registered Social Worker to join our Allied Health team as a Clinical Leader. The role consists of both leadership and clinical duties.   

 

Ideally the successful applicant will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Social Worker and/or Needs Assessor, however candidates with less than this but with proven successful leadership experience will be considered.

The salary band for this position is $117,000 - $122,000 per annum pro rata
